Rachel O’Donnell, University of Rochester, appointed to AAUP National Committee on Gender and Sexuality in the Academic Profession

Rachel O’Donnell, University of Rochester has been appointed to AAUP National’s Committee on Gender and Sexuality in the Academic Profession. 

The charge of this committee is to  “formulate policy statements, provide resources, and report on matters of interest to all those as women,m femme, and nonbinary, and to the academic community, addressing such issues as equity in pay, work/family balance, sexual harassment and discrimination, Title IX, and the role of gender and sexuality in rank and tenure.” 

Rachel also serves as the Chair of the NYSC AAUP Western-Midwestern Regional Council.
