UAW at Columbia Limits Right to Strike Without Consulting Those Represented

The United Auto Workers unit representing graduate teaching assistans at Columbia University agreed to a no strike provision in its framework for negotiations with the university. Bargaining Committee members, union  organizers and members say they had no involvement in this agreement.
